WiseWave Technologies was founded in 2001 on the principles of providing our customers with well-engineered, high quality and cost effective microwave and millimeterwave components and sub-assemblies up to 140 GHz.

The product families include millimeterwave amplifiers, antennas, control devices, ferrite devices, frequency converters, Gunn oscillators, passive components and subsystems. WiseWave Technologies has delivered many state-of-the-art performance products, including 94 GHz 400 mW power amplifiers, 140 GHz Gunn oscillators, 150 GHz balanced mixers, K to V band waveguide to coax adapters, K to W band Radar sensors and V to W band scalar network analyzer extenders etc. Furthermore, WiseWave Technologies has established mass production capabilities and delivered Over Twenty Thousand pieces of high performance Ka band oscillators and Over Ten Thousand pieces K and Ka band speed and distance radar sensors for long range speed Radar applications.

As an emerging microwave and millimeterwave technology company, WiseWave Technologies is promptly and continuously
gaining customers and a positive reputation by providing high quality, on time delivered products and superior customer service.

Amplifier

WiseWave offers Low Noise (ALN), High Power (AHP) and General Purpose (AGP) amplifiers to cover the frequency range from 18 to 96 GHz. These amplifiers utilize thin-film and microelectronics manufacturing techniques and are discrete and/or MMIC PHEMT based devices. These amplifiers feature low noise, high output power, single DC power supply and wide operation temperature range. The amplifiers are offered in two categories, standard and custom-built. Both standard and custom-built amplifiers are equipped with various RF interface, including standard waveguide or coaxial connector for convenient system integration. The optional input and output integrated isolators are available as an option to further improve the port return loss.

Antenna

WiseWave offers ACH(Circular Horn Antenna), ARH(Rectangular Horn Antennas) and ALC(Lens Corrected Antennas) for system applications. Low side lobes, ridged configuration and low cost are the main features of these antennas. The standard gain value and half power beamwidth at mid-frequency point of each waveguide band are 23 dBi and 9 degrees, respectively. Other gain values are available per customer order. These antennas cover the frequency range of 18 to 110 GHz.

WiseWave also offers GPS antenna (AGA) for GPS system applications. The antenna is constructed with machined housing, ceramic patch array, low noise amplifier, filter and high performance Radome material.

Control Device

WiseWave offers various control devices for system integration. The CAE(Electrical Controlled Attenuators), CPS(ST Pin Diode Switches), CPD(SPDT Pin Diode Switches) and CPM(SPMT Pin Diode Switches) series control devices are discrete or MMIC based PIN diode attenuators and switches. The CAF(Electrical Controlled Attenuators), CAL(Level Setting Attenuators), CAR(Direct Reading Attenuators) and CPL(Variable Phase Shifters) series control devices are waveguide based mechanical tunable attenuators and phase shifters. These devices are offered to cover the frequency range from 18 GHz to 110 GHz.

Ferrite Device

WiseWave Technologies offers very broad ferrite device selections to cover 100 MHz to 110 GHz operation frequency range. These devices include narrow band drop-in (FID and FCD), connectorized (FIC and FCC), junction (FIW and FCW) isolators and circulators and iso-adapters (FII and FCI). The broad bandwidth versions are offered as full band junction isolators and circulators (FIF and FCF) and Faraday isolators (FFF). These devices feature low insertion loss, high isolation and wide operating temperature range. Low cost and volume production versions of these ferrite devices are available per customers?request.

Frequency Converter

WiseWave’s frequency converter families include waveguide detectors (FAS), passive and active multipliers (FMP-Passive Frequency Multipliers and FMA-Active Frequency Multipliers), up and down converters (FUB-Balanced Up-Converters and FDB-Balanced Mixers), harmonic mixers (FDH), subharmonically pumped up and down converters (FUS-Subharmonically Pumped Up-converters and FDS-Subharmonically Pumped Mixers) and (FPB-I/Q Mixers or Phase Detectors and FSS-Single Sideband Modulator). These devices are offered in 7 waveguide bands to cover entire 18 to 110 GHz frequency spectrum. These converters employ high performance GaAs Schottky beamlead diodes and WiseWave’s proprietary circuit configuration to produce superior performance, such as low conversion loss and up to full waveguide instantaneous operation bandwidth.

Oscillator

WiseWave’s oscillator family includes FET based dielectric resonator oscillators (OFD), phase locked oscillators (OPL), Gunn diode based low cost Gunn oscillators (OGL), bias tuned Gunn oscillators (OGB), mechanically tuned oscillators (OGM), varactor tuned Gunn oscillators (OGV), injection locked Gunn oscillators (OGI) and (OGR-Gunn Oscillator Bias Regulator and OMR- Gunn oscillator bias regulators and modulators). In the mechanically tuned Gunn oscillator family, the ultra broadband series (OGF) delivers up to full waveguide tuning bandwidth.

WiseWave is the industry leader of design and manufacturing high performance Gunn diode oscillators. Combined with proprietary cavity design technology and experience, WiseWave’s Gunn oscillators deliver state-of-the-art performance in the industry. In addition, WiseWave has delivered more than 20,000 high performance Gunn oscillators since its inception in March 2001.

Passive Components

WiseWave offers various passive components including multi-hole directional couplers (PCM), crossguide couplers (PCC),
magic tees (PCT), coax power dividers (PPD), (PFB- Waveguide Bandpass Filters, PFH- Waveguide Highpass Filter and
PFL- Waveguide Low Pass Filters), waveguide diplexers (PDC), (PRC- Rectangular to Circulator waveguide transitions and
PTW- Tapered waveguide transitions), waveguide to coax adapters (PTC) and waveguide components (PWS- Waveguide
Straight Sections, PWE- Waveguide E Bend Sections, PWH- Waveguide H Bend Sections, PWM- Waveguide Termination
